The origins of this Renaissance-style chateau date back to Roman times. Its elegant silhouette is already an indication that this is an exceptional dwelling. The stylish refurbishment and the decoration of the interior with period furniture are fitting testimony. The "Mitterrand" suite is a reminder that the former French President used to stay at this distinguished chateau. Nonetheless, the other rooms and suites with canopied, four-poster beds offer the same impeccable level of comfort. Extending from the pool, the grounds are a destination in themselves. On foot, by bike or on horseback, there are 70 hectares of fields, woodlands and canals along the river just waiting to be explored.
